Constant white screen. HELP

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Seasons, Get together, City living, spa day
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? always a white screen when playing
What happens when the bug occurs? always a white screen when playing, can hear music and press on things but constant white screen
What do you expect to see? I open the game, it starts up okay then goes to a white screen in 10 seconds
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I have a problem where each time I open the sims4 game through the origin on my pc I end up having a white screen turn on instantly, I have tried uninstalling it and repairing and updating and sorting out mods on it and nothing works to fix it. How am I meant to get it working normally?
