I purchased the new love struck pack and it wouldnt let me download it after and now is saying i need to re purchase the game pack in order to get it.

I am literally having the same problem, brought from cdkeys, put my code it and won't download.
the new map is on my game but it won't let me click on it
- @cedworthy yeah literally same. ive never had an issue buying like that i redeem my code and download. this time it gave me the option as normal to go and download and when i pressed it nothing happened?! i have managed to contact a live chat on ea and they told me to come here to nothing was actually resolved -_-
I think I have figured it out.
As I'm in the UK is doesn't come till 6pm BST time -.-

this is what im being told Do you also see the world tile in the game translucent? my theory is that we actually have the pack but it will download once its 6/7pm

It is normal for worlds where you currently don't have the pack to display like this.
Hey, I am having the same problem , pre ordered it I've redeemed the code but for some reason it still says pre order Hopefully at 6pm it will start saying download because its nowhere to be seen on ea app..
