Hey all I merged some of your posts together into one so everyone receives the same message. 

We will always make sure you get the content/coins you purchased for Apex Legends.

It might take a little bit of time for the purchase to register to the account. If restarting the console/PC doesn't push the transaction through for you, please reach out to our Live-Support team and they'll do what they can to place them on the account.

If you purchased them on Xbox or PlayStation, we recommend checking their service status to make sure they aren't experiencing any service issues at the time of the purchase which can cause delays. Double-check your purchase history too to ensure the transaction shows as completed.

    Thanks. I know Respawn is not a huge team and working on other projects too. So I just hope you guys enjoy the moment(which is the team deserved for many years) first, then try your best to address the issue.

    I purchased the packs because I want to support you guys! Congrats on the launch and I'm so happy for you guys.

    Tried buying the $20 pack multiple (5) times... Received no coins after a full day still nothing. Wouldn't get any confirmation or error which is the only reason I tried nowm than once .GT ego13

    I contacted EA's support live chat yesterday(2/12). The person who helped me couldn't give me any quick solutions since this issue was tied with EA & MS, but he said just wait for it.

    After 2 hours from the chat. I just casually powered up X1 client and all the Founders and Starter pack contents were finally there.

    I'm not sure the live chat did something to my account(and I doubt it), but definitely MS & EA are working on the fix.

    So if you still don't have your stuff, hang in there.

    Didn’t receive my apex legend coins, and contacting EA, doesnt work, idk why it doesnt load the page

    just keep saying

    I purchased 1000 coins and I didn't receive them. I tried it again in case it works and I still didn't get the coins and instead got my money taken again.

    I didn't receive the 1000 gold coins for the origin access promo.

    I did not receive my Apex Coins and I bought $19.99 worth, it also pulled the money from my bank.

    Xbox is currently experiencing Purchase and Content usage issues at the moment. I recommend checking out this page for updates and once cleared, power cycle your console to see if the coins show up. If they still don't show up and the purchase shows up in your billing history, please contact our Live-Support team and they'll get them on your account.

    I spent $40 on Microsoft points just to buy apex coins and it took my Microsoft points but didn’t give me any coins. I just wanted to buy some skins. Xbox Gamertag - ThaCannonAW I spoke with the EA live chat but they didn’t help anything at all. Now season 4 is here and I can’t even buy the battle pass because I won’t receive any coins I buy.

    I bought 1000 coins with my STEAM balance.But I got nothing in Apex, and there is no such order in EA's order record.

    I just have my steam spending history for this order.

    So I have for pc and I got a 20 dollar deal and an extra 10 dollar one from GameStop as a code for my pc and when I used the code on ea it said redeemed but when I logged on apex their were no coins. I restarted pc like 3 times uninstalled and re installed and still no coins. Pls help my username is burntmango423.

    @EA蓝莓 @EA蓝莓 Hello, please help me. I haven't received the 1000apex coin of the combination bag I bought. I don't know where to contact the problem consultant of EA. My game ID is Sakura-bloods.I can't access the consultant's website. Can you provide the consultant's email address to deal with the problem? I can send my order information by email

    I recently redeemed a code from a birthday gift of 2,150 AC but it said it was redeemed and it never popped up in my game a few days later and I've never received them since i have my xbox account connected to my ea account but no Apex Coins

    I've bought apex coins on 4 different occasions and I haven't received coins from any of them

    I put in a refund request but absolutely nothing happened i didnt get a refund or the coins added to my account. I submitted the correct screenshot and information needed and I got absoloutey nothing. I have just bought coins for the chinese new years event to get the octane skin and once again I haven't had the coins added.
