Apex does not open (WIN 11)

Just installed apex on steam and it'll open the EAC launcher, say initializing, waiting for game, then close. When it closes the play button goes back to green. I have tried everything from reinstalling, verifying integrity, downloading on EA, running EAC as administrator, nothing has worked. And no, I am not running any other application besides spotify, discord, and wall paper engine. Please help me, I just want to play the game
