My GPU, Overclocked 970M way better than Desktop 1050TI and my CPU right now (overclocked 4750hq) way better then FX 8350 or i5 3330. Most of games using Single Core and my CPU close to Desktop 4770K

Look Dear, I said too much in this post read before reply I am not an avarage Person that have users like cpu.userbencmark peoples.I am Computer Engineer, I coded Custom Bios to OC my Cpu and Gpu. as i said earlier my CPU not STOCK it's custom cooling with custom made stand with 2 fan from Noctua.
The only thing that make diffrence my cpu from 4770K has 8 MB SmartCache and mine has 6 MB SmartCache, and a little clock hz diffrence

check fps down there, 20% difference average, tho you want to prove your point, send out a userbench test of your computer, i bet you are the problem, my friends with 3rd gen i5s and fx6300 using a rx 550 are having 60+ fps on this game, im playing around 110 all time in game.
EDIT: you said something about voltage limits, you know wrong voltages not just decrease performance but also harm the hardware, right? fun detail, only K processors have unlocked multiplier, so how you did it on a not just non K processor, but also mobile? im eager to learn how to melt some laptops.
