I was blocked for an unknown reason.

I played for the first time in a while around March 23rd, and when I tried to log in again on April 1st, I was blocked.

I am a low-tier player with an average damage of around 200 who does not use any external programs.

Despite this, I was blocked for violating the Gameplay Enhancement Terms.

Even when I try to submit an EA appeal, I receive a message stating that case creation failed, and I am unable to file an appeal. I need help.

Hey Eunir0,

It's odd that you're getting errors when you try to reach out to our terms of service team. Could you try reaching out via a different browser? I'm not seeing widespread issues about getting errors when others try to raise a case.

I have tried filing an appeal through various methods on Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and mobile internet, but the result is the same. It is a message saying, "Unable to create a case. Please try again in a few hours."
