Not sure how long you were there before the recording started, but a bloodhound may have detected your tracks. I'm also not sure if switching weapons makes a sound, but if it does, you reacting to the footsteps by weapon swapping may have alerted the enemy. 

They could also be walling, who knows.

It looks a bit fishy indeed but you can get detected pretty easy when you just stand afk.

The fact he just came running at you makes this less concerning in my opinion.

However, If you feel like someone is cheating, please report them here.

If he is, he will get banned, if he isn't well nothings happens 🤔

I removed the link.

I was afk for about 3 minutes.  As you can see they have caustic, lifeline & bangalore on there team.  No bloodhound.

And I only weapon switched when he came charging at me, all good though.
