Did you change the personal information of your old PSN account? Or did you create a new account entirely?

If you still have your old account, try changing your country of residence to your current country for both your PSN account and Origin account separately. This should fix your issue.

If that doesn't work off the bat you may have to open a support ticket with EA to receive help accessing your account.

    Good luck.

Hey, there isn't a way to transfer/duplicate progress between different accounts.

To keep your progress, you'll need to keep using the same PSN account. If you've changed to a different PSN region that might mean you'd be using 2 accounts, one for local games, and one to keep using the same Apex account.

This would only be necessary with a large move like a transatlantic one, can I check where you're moving from and to?

  • Hey I have the same question as the op and I moved from the USA to India

  • I got my psn account hacked so I transferred my activison account And I Got all my progress back with apex though it’s a diffrent story they don’t have the feature sorry but in my opinion ea is lazy... I’ve had to come to terms with it myself
