Is it fair to get banned for a week for typing "shut up", as a response to a toxic teammate using voice-chat saying all kinds of messed up crap?
It doesn't take much to get banned for typing, but you can get away with pretty much anything when using voice, it's ridiculous.
I wanted to try my luck and upload a recording of a toxic scum and make a report, three times it's been closed, with automated response "we didn't take any action this time"

I am no expert, but I would say this player begs to get banned, but in reality I am probably more likely to get banned for typing "type it instead, please".
Is it even possible to get in contact with a human at EA?

If you believe that a sanction (Suspension/Ban) placed on your account was by mistake you should reach out to the Terms of Service team https://help.ea.com/za/help/account/information-about-locked-or-banned-or-suspended-accounts/
Play fair with others and treat others fairly.
I am going to lock this post as you already have been informed about how to contact the TOS about Bans/Suspensions and have also been informed about naming and shamming here on the Forum etc.
