I've got great internet, a mere 28-36 ping distance away from the data-center located near me. Yet this happens frequently for me.

Peacekeeper rounds centered on target at close range doing 11 damage, EVA-8 rounds showing blood spatter/sparks from hitting a target over and over yet no damage has been done, short bursts with the R99 hitting the target at a distance but no damage being dealt yet seeing blood/shield effects, Longbow shots hitting a target 200+ meters away dealing no damage yet clearly (you can see everything with the 4-10x), Wingman headshots counting as body shots even though the head is the only visible part of the enemy (I mean seriously Bangalore's haircut adds like 10 inches to her height), sitting behind a double door directly in the center where the doors meet to block an enemy from entering yet the door bumps you back, opens and the enemy kills you, getting killed from behind closed doors, getting killed despite the enemy having no line of sight to you (I mean really you're across the hallway in bunker, I've already ducked into a room and then I die without hearing a gunshot? Come on.), being on a roof shooting at someone below you and ducking for cover yet seeing their rounds come through the floor of the roof hitting you despite them having no line of sight to you, bullets getting blocked by twigs, hardcore lagging enemies who dodge every one of your bullets and flooring you in one shot with the Peacekeeper, close range R99 ADS spray, 30 rounds on target cause the guy's just standing there and yet not downing them and they kill you, etc. etc. etc. 

Tbh, that's just in the last week. Pretty sure they need an upgrade.
