Are you still running into any trouble getting the download finished? Did pausing and resuming it help, like was suggested above?

i tried pausing and resuming and it’s still did not solve the problem

So I ain't sure if you fixed it yet but I was able to download the update after it got stuck at 85% by pausing the update clicking cancel after it asked if I was sure I clicked no then un-paused the download and it let me continue after 85%. It got stuck at 97% again afterward but I just did the same thing pause cancel un-cancel then un-pause and it finished.
