If you are doing this to evade bans, then yes the ban will just jump over, else not really.
But i don't see why you want to spoof your MAC Adress, I fail to see why it's useful.

Oh it was because I was permanently banned from fortnite because of some swing glitch that happened back in like season 1 or 2 that got me banned
also no I have apex closed when I will be using this, but they detect it even if apex was open or not
