@QualityRiotI have yet to see a draw happen in game, but I did have one round in which me and enemy were the last 2 standing. No one had gold knock down shields and we both knocked each other. I knocked him fractions of a second before he knocked me.

My teammate was knocked but not eliminated, his teammate had been eliminated. I think the only reason we won was because it took fractions of second for the elimination to happen because my teammate was still alive. The weird part, I don't believe anyone was standing when the game ended. It was just death boxes..
