Community AdminHi, I can see 3 packs being purchased a little while ago on the account. They came to 2 quips, 2 weapon skins, a card frame and card pose, and 60 crafting materials.
If you there's no chance you opened them yourself, you may want to secure either your local system, or add 2-factor authentication to your login if you don't have it already.

It'll show trusted devices, so you can untrust any locations you don't recognise.
You can also add some extra security from this page to keep yourself protected going forward.
has there been an issue like this just like mine in some players too? or is this the 1st time u got this issue clearly I didn't give any info on my pass but the thing is, is it possible to double log in or it is rare to see players hack some acc. cause this is my 1st time that my acc just got hack and why can't you not see the log.in logs when you happen to know when I bought some item that the hacker did -_- sori but is the help center can't comply just this small request it's really a waste that my 400 Apex coins got used by an unknown hacker? but tnx maybe I'll never gonna buy the premium BP if your technical management can't do anything like this.
It's just frustrating that the "me" the owner of the acc. can't even do or know why my acc. got hack in the first place .. and I'm a PC user and I have my own PC in my room.. and I didn't even log in in any computershop.. tsk4.

Community AdminOh I've seen this sort of thing before, often it's a little brother who swears blind they didn't touch a PC, or someone came home after a night out and had a couple of games, but then spent resources while "tired" and don't remember it the next day. Of course everyone's circumstances are different so those might be impossible for you.
If you contact support directly they may be able to find the login info, and hopefully they can help to get to the bottom of this.

If there is suspicious activity on the account, be sure to change passwords for any accounts with shared login info, too.
