Battle Pass Season 4 Apex Coins rewards not getting it

Hi, I can see 3 packs being purchased a little while ago on the account. They came to 2 quips, 2 weapon skins, a card frame and card pose, and 60 crafting materials.

If you there's no chance you opened them yourself, you may want to secure either your local system, or add 2-factor authentication to your login if you don't have it already.

@EA_David Okie i just log in and you know what i found is that some1 is already playing without my presences and i was shock to see that i dont have friends now wtf.. i play in my house i didnt even log in in any cafe.net or computershop wtf . Can you help me where was the last time my acc. log in beside my current location here in PH . ??
