@TrancyGooseAlrighty I'll be straight forward with ya, the only way to earn these packs is by spending Gold Apex Coins.

Unless you have 17000 Gold apex coins, you will have to spend $170 to get 17000 Apex coins (Amount to buy all packs)

So if you have 0 Apex Coins, you will need to spend $170 to get enough coins to buy all the packs, after which it unlocks Octanes Heirloom for free.

If you have more than 0 Apex coins, you will needs to buy the remaining coins to buy all the packs.

ALL IN ALL, you will need to have 17,000 Gold Apex Coins in order to obtain all 24 packs (700 coins each).
