    Same. Series S, bought the coins a week ago. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, nothing. I check every day, nothing. I've made sure the purchase went through, it has. I've put in multiple case tickets, that are then marked as "waiting on player" (please someone explain to me what that means, I e-mailed you, you need to respond to me) that then eventually turn into "fixed" with nothing changed, and no contact from EA. Either your contact system is broken, incredibly unintuitive to use, or you guys are ghosting me over $20. All of it is clown behavior from a large company.

    Please, help me.

  • Same. I’ve bought 23,000 apex coins and haven’t received them. It’s been a week and EA keeps giving me the same answer. “It’s a known problem and please wait for it to be fixed”. It’s honestly frustrating because the only reason I bought the coins was to get the heirloom for crypto. I fear I’ll never get them and honestly this might be the end of my apex days if this is the case.

    I was literally just told to come here and ask for support from Live Chat support, same garbage.
    “It’s a known problem and please wait for it to be fixed”. This happened so much at the end of the year, I used all my Xbox refunds dealing with Apex/EA/Respawns nonsense in a matter of weeks.

    Now I am 7+ days without coin, after spending 55$ lol

  • @TheNaKrul Did you end getting your issue resolved I’ve had this happen to me just yesterday and they are taking hours to give me any information and it’s been 24 hours without coins if you fixed your issue please let me know how as they things I wish to purchase are limited time

    @EA_Blueberry Hello I’m looking to have some assistance with my missing apex coins I’m on Xbox series X and on my Microsoft accounts side everything says complete on my bank statement it’s all completed also, but I am still yet to have my apex coins.
    I have sent in a request for help alongside proof of my purchase and received barely any help.. I’ve been emailed back by two different support workers one asking for my verified email address then the other asking for proof of purchase 9 hours later
    Both of which I gave in my first contact email
    So I’m scratching my head as to why I’ve had to send proof and verification multiple times
    Please help me the items I wish to purchase in Apex are Limited time
