SCUF PS4 Controller ISSUE

Hey there, I own a SCUF PS4 Controller and I used to be able to play Apex Legends with my regular PS4 Controllers, but now when I play the game glitches very shortly into a match and I can no longer use the controller itself. The only button that works is the middle PS button which takes me back to my home screen. Is there a fix with this or others experiencing this issue? Thank you. 

Edit: 2019NOV16: I have it connected using the USB cable as that's how I always played with the controller before. I tried using Bluetooth and it didn't work either.
