Hey apex is there anyway I could request a refund for Gibraltar heirloom it's just I was at work and I work till 11 but my brother bought Gibraltars heirloom and that was my Christmas was the heirloom shards and I wanted rampart is there anyway you could get rid of Gibraltar and replace it with ramparts I completely understand if not
Sadly there is no refunding or exchanging a heirloom.
From an account safety perspective, it would be best if no one else had access to your account.

Gideon55555555 I have siblings as well, so I know it can be tricky keeping them off your games.
If you play on PC/Steam, I'd suggest having your own Windows user account login so your siblings cannot just play on your account, (as for Xbox/PlayStation, there should be a way to password lock those accounts as well). However, if you are a Nintendo Switch player, you are sadly out of luck as there isn't a way to lock an account on the Switch's platform.
Hopefully everyone in your household has their own account.
Just to mention that if one of you siblings were to attract a ban while playing on your account, the ban would also stand, as you are responsible for your account and who uses it.
