I have some tips for you. Check out tcp optimizer. Start it as admin, chose 100mbit at the top and optimal below. Apply, restart pc. Open it again as admin, chose custom below. Go to advanced settings and set:

• gaming tweak, system responsivness: gaming 0
• gaming tweak, disable nagle's algorithm: disable 1, enable 1, disable 0
• max SYN retransmissions: 8

Apply, restart pc. Done 😉
