Kicked out of game and can't connect to server

Constantly getting kicked out of games. 
I also can't hit the servers from the menu, says my profile isn't permitted which isn't true. 
Been an issue for a while but now this season I can't even re join the same game anymore. 

im plugged from ethernet cable to the wall. 
have no issues with any other game. 

I like the game but this is getting out of hand
