Update/ download issues
Already cleared cache. I uninstalled and installed the EA app and nothing works. I tried to download it, but it says it failed to download or install properly at 99%, and says unkown error. (PC)

Same thing im dealing with currently i cant find anyone who has a fix to this issue
Same here - EA support is essentially non-existent, and may just have the worst customer service experience I've ever witnessed. We will not ever get help with this issue. Period.
Downloading on Steam allows me to install and play the game. There's the only solution/resolution you'll receive.
Used the EA app just to have access to my PlayStation skins but if that’s the only solution so far I’ll have to wait.
Having the same issue.tried so many ways,still not working
I had to download the game from steam and was finally able to play how it works from steam but not ea app is crazy.
This is what I had to do.
