Hey, it's normal, i have contacted through the chat and in theyr system they had the information that was all normal, It tokes 2 days, but the skins already are in my acc.
In the same day i tried Restart the game, Restart origin and nothing happend, apparently that was normal.

Community AdminHey, to add some context, there was an issue with the packs that was preventing the skins from showing for those who bought them, so folks didn't initally see them. There isn't normally a delay in granting the content, but in this case it was due to an issue that needed to be addressed on our end.
