Pack Bloodhound + Lifeline +2150 Apex Coins

Good morning, This Monday to Tuesday i haver bought The Blood + Lifeline Skins pack +2150 A.C. and The skins didn't unlocked on my skins list, but The A.C. entered on my account. It's that normal?

Hey, it's normal, i have contacted through the chat and in theyr system they had the information that was all normal, It tokes 2 days, but the skins already are in my acc.
In the same day i tried Restart the game, Restart origin and nothing happend, apparently that was normal.
Thanks for the tips anyway 😁
