@Synka_85 hey there, apologies for the late reply on this one. So from the results of the UO trace that you've put in here it does show some packet loss along the way if I'm reading this correctly.
Packet loss should always either be 100 or 0, anything in between is bad.
Now in some cases this can be nothing to do with how you have your local network set up, sometimes it can be related to issues with your ISP or on your dsl line.
From the sound of things you've got your network set up in the best way, using a wired connection, there are some things you can try to do to see if that alleviates the issue, so if you don't mind can you try some of the steps outlined here: Connection Troubleshooting.Another possibility you can try is to potentially run a match using your phone as a mobile hotspot (if you're able to) to see if you still get packet loss, this can help determine if it's an issue with your ISP's connection.
I understand that these are just basic steps but they help rule out a lot of potential causes. If after trying these steps you're still having issues let us know, but you may need to get in touch with your ISP to see if there are any issues with your main connection. Surprisingly the same behavior on my phones hotspot (4G ATT). Here is the UO trace while running on the hotspot (I have my LAN card disabled completely so I'm 100% sure running over the hotspot's wifi only here).

@Synka_85 Alright thanks for checking that out for me. Definitely an odd one considering you're still getting it on a different connection.
Currently we're not tracking any network issues at this time so I'd advise checking in with your ISP and see if they're having any issues on their side that might be affecting your connection.
If you're still having issues after that we'll see what steps we can take, but it's best to eliminate as many potential causes as possible.
