Hey SirPainXD1,
If you received an email verification but your Steam balance hasn't changed, are you able to check your Steam transaction history? Is that showing the order is still pending, or has it been declined?
I would also make sure your Steam overlay is enabled for this, both from the Steam > Settings > In Game > Enable the Steam Overlay while in-game option, and by right-clicking Apex in your Steam library and selecting Properties > General > Enable the Steam Overlay while in-game. Make sure it's enabled in both places and you don't have a game-specific setting overriding the account-wide option.
Beyond that, if the order shows complete but you're not seeing the coins appearing in-game yet, I would try:
- Restarting Apex completely
- Restarting your computer
- Launching through EA app instead if they still don't show up after the previous steps
If the order stays stuck in pending or keeps getting denied, it would be best to contact Steam support directly so they can take a look at the account from their end.
