- @hayhor Cause humans are humans and regret decisions they have made and instead of dealing with them, they want someone else or something that partially negate the feeling of wrong decision making.
Or in the case of free packs, they really don’t want that skin and want to get reimbursed for it.. still basically the same tho... Because many people accidentally buy stuff with crafting material , and if you buy something for a character you dont play anymore you can refund it for crafting materials and buy it for your new main but maybe you can only refund 3 times or it's a bit op
@brackenOGX777If you buy something for a character you don't play anymore, that's on you. You used the said cosmetic for that amount of day, and that voids your claim of any refund for reuse purposes or whatever. Maybe a small part of the original price as it's second hand.
As for accidental purchase, maybe limit it to a 5-10 min time frame? I mean you would realize by the time the purchase is done that you clicked on it by mistake, so you would try for refund ASAP? If there was such a system in place that is.- @brackenOGX777 They give you an "are you sure" before you purchase the item or craft it..
I think people would abuse this to get the latest skins. If they did something like this it would have to be only 50% the crafting materials or something. - @DarthValtrex But you only get 3 refunds

And Macdonalds is trash in Asia, most purchases are final, that why I carefully think thousand time before decide to get it. I save 5000 craft material until i found the one that i really want it.
In US, many things refundable or returnable so people are more careless when buying something.
50 percent refund could work as middle ground. At the end, it is about business, if they think 50 percent refund will increase sales, They will do it.
