Final Hail Mary to try to get my Progress Back

Been trying with ea support page for 2 years with different responses every single time. Basically this is how it goes: logged into my playstation for the first time in a while to find out that my entire account progress was wiped and replaced with a different progress. Prior to this i was in the level 300s and i started playing in season 2. Ive purchased many items which are all not present and i have made sure that my playstation account is linked to the correct ea account. Would be a bummer to give up on trying to recover this account after i spent a copious amount of money on it T-T. For any agents that pass thru here, I attached what my account was like before compared to now to this post.
