Darko My account was banned I don't know reason so do that steps you shownub above and I got email thato. We take right decision but why I don't know till now my account was in ban they not unban me it's may be 45 days please unban me or tell me a particular date when it will unban until l I will play other games

I did these steps and got an email back that was just a template response telling me that my account is banned for breaking EA's gameplay rules when I was hacked from someone in Asia who then used my account to win 3 games in Apex. Is there a way to talk to an actual person instead of getting just a robot response?
Having the same issue here, my account is banned since a month and a half and I have made a reclamation one month ago ...
No news at all from EA, don't even know if it's under review.
Tried to do 5 tickets or asking them to do something.
No answer at all ...
This has happened to me too.
My account was hacked, then consequently banned, without any notification.
I submitted a ticket on the 6th of November and still haven't got a response.
This is extremely frustrating and a terrible way to treat paying customers.

Hey all, we are not able to assist with any account issues on AHQ, as such if you have a TOS sanction on your account then you will need to appeal it using the steps I posted above.
Darko - @Maslij Same here. I just got banned today when I tried logging on. I noticed my KDR was higher than usual and average damage was higher than usual. A ton of my crafting metals are gone and apex coins. I’m in a club and in the timeline it shows my gamer tag in some Asian server getting 1st and 2nd place finishes a couple days ago ?!? I wasn’t even playing for a couple days because of the holidays.

Darko This exact thing happened to me, except I didn't lose crafting materials or apex coins. I have submitted multiple support cases and just waiting for a response from EA.

Hey @GoopFPS it is best to only create a single case with our support so that all the info is in one place.
Darko i have just been banned from apex, i have been a day 1 player on consoles, i have spent abit of currency on this game, hell even got people to play this game and now they are pred rank players, as soon as i made the move to pc, i didnt even get to level 100 and BOOM banned. this is ridiculous that they can just insta ban someone.

Darko i’ve try for contact ea.help.com , but i don’t have any email or response from EA. i’ve check on spam , all mail , or anything else on my mail. please help me unbanned my account , i swear i not do anything hack or 3rd party

- @reddy234 i think ea can’t unbanned our account, like a popular steamer got banned with no reason (Ninja and Shiv). it make sense EA just can make we got banned with no reason and go without give it clear with unbanned our id
- @EA_Darko we have try to contact ea help, but we don’t have any response. it makes we waiting like a dumb, we got banned with any reason and ea go away without makes it clear

Hey @urSTEPMOM-KEKY if you created a case with our TOS team using the steps I shared above then you will need to wait for our TOS team to respond.
Darko My Apex account has been Hacked and Banned, and The person knows my easy password from EA Origin account and person cheated and banned my favourite main Apex Legends account. I'm really shocked and Unhappy when I realized I did not change the strong password before that happened and I did change the strong password and security to be safe! I wish I can get my main Apex account back and play. it means to me, I love this game so much ☹️ Please send help I wish to get my Apex account back to be Unbanned and I stay my strong safe password and security. My old Apex name is Milespwns95, I change new name as MyloGrappler

I did everything suggested and still my account is disabled. Idk why i wasnt even on my system or playing to get banned or disabled i just got on to play today. I would like some type of answer as too why i cant play on my account
using the steps above haven't worked for anyone people are just looking for answers and repeating the same thing over and over that hasn't been helping anyone is extremely frustrating and people just want answers.

Forever. EA doesn’t care unless your a YT or big name streamer making them
money. I got suspended for 7 days for something that I apparently did on MUT (madden) which I have never done....and they don’t have proof. All you’ll get on here is a bot saying the same thing over and over and follow these steps...
