Re: Ping Spikes on PC, But no Pike Spikes on Console

@EA_Aljo is not about this. the problem he have is the same many players have since genesis update. we have ping spikes and FPS drops. and is not our connection or our computers. the problem is with this update that consume the full CPU usage or, in my case, when I play apex, just with the game open, it's consume the full memory. but it say that is consuming 3gb only but I notice the memory bar is at 98 or 100% and why! I don't have a problem with anything else. my computer is totaly ok. u guys did a bad update and a lot of players are having issues and u only give generic answer as "Is your PC on a wireless connection and your console on a wired connection by chance?" REALLY?
do us a a favour and read ur forum and check the links to reddit topics about this.
The behavior of community managers towards the community is not acceptable. are u joking us?
