From the looks of it you have an Amazon account linked to the account you're posting on here, but that account is not the account you play on and an advisor will need to explore your options with that.

    I can't create a custom case where I can receive help, as stated before they simply send me to talk about it with Amazon. How can I get in direct contact with a representative of EA?
