Re: rx 580 apex legends

@SnappierSoap318 This is interesting. I'm using a second-hand RX 580. I'm guessing you have a temperature problem. Have you tried checking your gpu temp using MSI Afterburner? My old gpu's fan died which caused it to constantly reach 95 degrees C and throttle.

  • @kurozawa6 I have my overlay on, and it shows my that my CPU is only being 50-60% used and my GPU is maxed out. the temps are normal( around 65-75c).

@SnappierSoap318 Have you made sure that you've been running Apex for a while before quickly checking the temp? The GPU stops rendering the game fully when minimized which makes it cool down. Just wanna make sure coz when it happened to me I thought temp wasn't an issue until I made sure.
  • @kurozawa6, yes i have made sure to run the game for like 30mins and checked the temperature ingame. since the overlay shows the realtime temps i didnt need to minimize the game at all.
