HAVING LOW GPU AND CPU USAGE

I have exactly the same problem. 
After the last update I have a dramatic FPS drop.
- GPU utilization does not go above 30%.
- Video card power consumption does not go above 80w. 
- I don't have any problems with other games. 
- Benchmark tests (dx12) show the system without any problems.
- Before the update, I could get 160hz with ultra settings without any problem. 
- The game can't use GPU or fallback is activated.

I think it's related to the latest graphics update.

Me too. I just got a new rig; i5 14600k, 32 ddr5 and RTX 5070. In ranked, my CPU and GPU are both 30% give or take my my FPS lies steady on 120. I have no lags or micro stutters other than when I get server sided prediction error so it isnt really a problem but it feels bad to have a good rig and not get those 200+ frames =). I get considerably more frames in other modes, like 200+ in firing range and 150-180 in pubs.

What a bit strange is that I went from an older i5 8600k and RTX 2070 which landed my on a 100% CPU usage and I could quite much micro stutterings but my fps was slightly higher, like 140 in ranked hrmm
