Re: "Account banned" message, but can still log in

@YoeHD i think this is something you have to discuss with someone of the TOS Team.

You will need to speak to the Terms of Service team in relation to any ban

The process to contact the ToS Team can be found here:

1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
3. Choose your platform.
4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
5. Fill out any other details below.
For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
6. Click Select contact option.
7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

    @Rotblut When i ask for proved that i am cheating they cant give any. ToS team is a joke. I applied for appeal and they say their decision is correct. I cant even defend myself. I have been playing this game since it first came out on origin and after the game got released on steam, I change to steam. Why would i be cheating on my my account with lot of play hours and cosmetic?. I don't even play rank. The ToS team maintain with their "correct" decision that i am guilty I don't know what else i need to do to get my account unbanned. Please help me.
  • @YoeHD i am not speaking for EA but i've read a lot about Bans and the Answer is always the same. If TOS don't let you go, here is nobody who can help. But you never know, maybe the right person reading this and he will look into your case again. I'll suggest to stay tuned untill then.
