Hello, @WatcherC.

Without going through connection troubleshooting, we can't rule out any issues with your connection. If you're ok with doing that, let me know what system you're on and if you use a wired or wireless connection. Thanks!

  • Windows 10 "up to date"

    gtx 1650 super "if you gonna ask about my graphics card"

    and I use wired connection "always using wired"

    and I reinstalled the game 2 times and removed the temp files and game DVR is off "Xbox windows 10 crap"

    my settings in game are on low, and i let the game choose the best server I don't mess with it

    also I verified the files and the game is downloaded via steam

    also I tried to download via origin and i encountered the same ping issue after the season 9 update, it's a global issue not only me

    and I live in Egypt but my internet is stable on "20mbps"

    and I'm the only one connected to the router

    if you need my systems logs or a recorded video i would be happy to send them over too

    @WatcherC 

    You've got some pretty high ping times, but that could be due to the distance between you and the test server. Can you try running the test again, but use the European IP that is in the instructions?

    @EA_Aljo Promise you its not his connection. There is is thread on reddit with about 100 other people who have had zero problems with any game besides Apex and we all describe the same exact issue. Lag and the game freezing every 10 seconds. Its ridiculous and has happened ever since the last update.

    @EA_Aljo thats all *. I could play on 100+ ping a few seasons ago and no experience what they are describing. the game literally freezes every 10 damn seconds. Im in NY on NY servers with low ping and it does the same.

    If you can go through some troubleshooting with me, we'll try to find out why you're lagging every 10 seconds.

  • The thing is with that troubleshooting stuff, is there's nothing we are solving or even close, pinging or tracing my requests back
    to the game servers aren't what you are supposed to be looking at, you are supposed to report back to ea
    and tell them that the servers are going crazy all over the world, and that the players are getting super frustrated from it
    that would be a lovely idea to troubleshoot that problem, but if you gonna look at my connection you won't see anything
    and i contacted my ISP 3 times, and had a guy coming over to look at the connections to my router, and nothing is wrong
    and than they asked me to contact the you guys "call the guys who made the game and tell them about your problem we can't help you with something we can't control"
    so please fix the game, if you still wants the results i will do the test and send them over, but it won't help you not even 1%
    the servers are bad after the new update, something is wrong with the update or with the servers, so fix it.
