If you click on the box above the Ready button it will open up the menu where you can choose different game modes. Up at the top left you should see a box that says Training. If you click that you should be able to go through the Training again.

Hey Kent! Thank you so much for your response. It worked! I hadn't played APEX in such a long time and missed the layout change. After searching through forums high and low on where other people were finding it and not getting the answer I was looking for was very frustrating.
I was able to choose Training as well as Firing Range, which is a great place to discover and try all the weapons available in the ring!
For everyone who hasn't found it yet, Kent is correct - it is the box above the Ready button in the bottom left. (See attached images) Once you've selected that it will take you to the next
screen to select a game mode. You will see in the TOP LEFT, Training and Firing Range.
