First suspension and account is at high risk of being banned

I am not here to complain about my suspension but I'm here to ask about what was said on the email I got. So I have recieved a week suspension which I have no choice but to endure and after that the email said that at this point my account is at high risk of being banned, I'm worried about this because all my grinding and progress will be for nothing. Will the high risk of being banned be a permanent stain on my account or will it reduce overtime. I want to know because I'm not sure if I want to grind and spend more money on it knowing I'm at high risk of being banned. What should I do to avoid this? Should I just turn vkice chat off and never speak on the game ubless its with friends again? I'm lost and afraid because I love apex and don't want to lose all my progress. As I was logging on and saw the suspension I was about to buy packs to get closer for a heirloom but I'm afraid to spend anything knowing I'm one report of having everything be gone. Also because high risk of ban does that mean longer suspension or perma ban because this was my first offence and I didn't recieve a warning just a suspension straight away. Give me answers please!!

@TerminatorAlt2 come back after your ban is over and be a nice teammate instead of toxic or insulting then you dont have to worry about.
your account should be fine after 1 week just dont repeat stuff that cause ban

Ok man. I can't believe I did something so dumb that nearly got my account banned. Also gonna lay off on buying coins for heirloom because I'm afraid of losing everything because my account is at a high risk of being banned even though I really want it.

It depends on the type of ban @F4LKD3RP4NZ3R.

All the information will be in the email our TOS team sent you.

@EA_Darko I got banned for 1 week because of toxicity ( which I regret). I looked at the email again but there was no further information about the duration the increased risk.

The severity of strike depends on a number of factors and one of those is previous strikes @F4LKD3RP4NZ3R.

If you have previously been banned then it is likely that the next one will be more severe.
