Progress Reset

Hello, it seems like my progress got reset after I logged in through Steam. The EA Help page linked me here without any other directions so I'm just making this subject 🙂

I uninstalled the game on both platforms and I don't intend to play it anymore so I don't need any more assistance. Thanks for your time 🙂

Hey @TerrorBubba,

Were you logging in on Steam after playing through Origin previously, or some other platform?

Hello and thanks for the quick reply. I played on Origin a few years back and today I logged in for the first time on Steam.

Thanks @TerrorBubba, that progress should definitely be saved.

If it's been a couple years since you last played on Origin, you may need to log back in through Origin or the EA Desktop to refresh your old account info.

After that it should carry over once you sign back in through Steam, but let us know if it's still not showing up afterwards.

Hey, I downloaded and started the game on Origin but I have the same progression as when I log in through Steam. ☹️
