not gonna lie, he looks garbage and pathetically weak. Another extremely niche legend, first Rampart, then Fuse and here is Seer. At this point I don't think the dev realize Octane, Wraith, Pathfinder and Bloodhound are still existing and dominating the meta. Good luck seeing any Seer at all after the first week or honeymoon phase is over

Based from the most recent teaser for Seer, I think his passive has been changed (as expected). He can hear the heartbeats of nearby enemies like the teaser we got in the BR maps.

@ILostT0Loba obviously lol, but if the passive itself is manifesting as a "heartbeat" audio cue and this game is a complete audio mess at the best of times....I really can't see it being very useful.
