Got my EA acc Hacked

Hi everyone, so here's what happened:
I hadn’t played Apex for about 2 years. Yesterday, out of nowhere, I felt like playing again. When I tried to log into my EA account, I couldn’t, and it turns out the account had been hacked. I contacted support and managed to get access back!

So far, so good. But then I tried to launch the game and couldn’t , it said my account had violated certain rules. I checked the account history and saw that it had been banned/suspended. Apparently, the person who stole my account had already sent an email saying the account had been hacked and that hacks were used on it. They claimed the account was theirs and said they had proof (which they never provided).

Yesterday I opened a ticket explaining that the account is mine, providing proof, and also explaining that I had only just recovered it yesterday. Since then, the ticket status just says “in progress,” but nothing has changed  it’s been almost 1 day 

Do you guys think I’ll actually be able to recover the account? What’s your opinion?
