Well, Pathfinder could easily snap a human in half but the problem is he's so innocent he doesn't even know that. He might lose his innocence soon because Revenant was teasing him and scaring him, bringing up the question that maybe Pathfinder actually killed his creators, which isn't true but Pathfinder took Rev's mind games seriously, so maybe he won't be as innocent as he is right now.
Bloodhound was never a pilot, I'm pretty sure. While they have taken down a Leviathan before and are an exceptional hunter, realistically I don't think they can take on a TF2 pilot.

If they can take down a leviathan, they can take down a pilot! BH is a sniper... one to the head is bye bye pilot! Well, a Leviathan might be huge and strong, but it's not the same as a pilot. A pilot is agile, able to think on the fly and has multiple abilities, while a Leviathan is slow, let's be honest stupid and unable to think like a pilot can. Thinking on the fly and adapting to situations is something Bloodhound has mastered as the Frontier's greatest hunter. It was never really established they are a sniper either. Besides, a pilot would probably beat BH in a sniper duel.
Pilots are really powerful and you really have to have military experience or just sheer strength to beat one.
Maybe if Pathfinder actually knew that he could squash a human being with no effort, he'd be a contender, but he doesn't. In his High-Five finisher for example, he tries to grapple his enemy in for a high five. He doesn't know he grappled their throat and just gave them a painful excruciating death.
