Which site did you purchase the voucher from, and which region should it be for?
For this issue you might need to get in touch with the site you purchased the voucher code from as they could have provided one for a different region.
Hi, thank you for the reply. I bought it from Indonesian Retailer "Tokopedia" which is where I am at and the country set in my EA account. It is one of the largest retailers in Indonesia and has a very good reputation. I have been in contact with them recently but they don't have any idea yet as to why the code didn't work. The code is a 10 digit number but in the example, it is a 16 digits alphanumeric code. Would there be a difference between a product key for games and for in-game items?
Did you ever solve how to get the code or not?
