Community ManagerIf I felt the ban was unfairly given, I would dispute it as I previously mentioned.
@EA_Aljo I already send contact for unban but I very disappointed. They reply "We have confirmed that your account was involved in cheating. Because of this, we will not remove the sanction on your account.". What i need to do...?,this game is more than game.
Community ManagerYou can dispute the ban up to 3 times. Once all 3 are used up, the ban will not be lifted.
@EA_Aljo I am very disappointed, I always play by the rule but why I need to found this happen.
