so you're saying year long customer does not deserve a secound chanc? Yet it doesnt matter that they servers are unstable for so long? Whats about Titanfall why aint ppl getting money RN refunded? lets keep it fair if we wanna talk without sympathy

    @iiPwnd_u You mentioned in your OP, that you previously received a 1 week ban before this. Pardon my bluntness, but it would seem as though they already offered you a second chance, and you broke the rules yet again. How many second chances should they be giving people? I do sympathize with you on the loss of your account (I would be upset too, but then again, I've never been banned from any video game, because I don't behave in such manners), but you did it to yourself, and I don't really see how it is Respawn/EA's fault, in this circumstance.

    If you do end up getting to play again, on any game, just don't stoop to that level. It's a video game. Try not to let people get under your skin. I know people can be extremely rude or annoying, but just mute them. They aren't worth your time, and definitely not worth getting banned from a game. Luckily, I grew up with an older brother, so I have 30+ years of experience in tuning other people out! Lmao

    @dSKyNafinchin Yeah i wish, i knew it was that strictly before and took that more serious tbh!

    But like whats the sense of perma banning on the secound bann? Sry but wdm by secound chance? What was my first chance then? To be allowed to play on their platform or what do you mean..?

    I just feel like a perma bann is not the best idea on the secound lifetime bann. because its not teaching you a lesson but that you can create another account and thats it if its a longer term bann speaking of months wouldnt that make you more think about whats inappropriate to say and that nobody deservers to gets insulted?

    I think thats how it would really reduce toxic peopel from the game and not the other way, the way they are handling it thats how they can only cause problems and more toxicity imo.

    I personal wont stop playing Apex just because thats the only Battle Royal that haves many ways to finish off ur enemies, and not only camping like in almost every shooter it is.

    In worst case scenario im going to create another account and thats it, ofc i will be missing my Skins and the goodies i had on the account but it aint like they are not achieveable again money rules in this case i guess.

    But the way they are handling things only teached me to mute teammates before even starting the match so there cant be any problems from the beginning, the community wont upgrade in that way.

    I don't agree with a permanent ban for a second offence in general unless its for the really heinous stuff.  You don't/can't actually tell us what you said though so its hard to judge.

    It's not easy to come to a reasoned opinion on this subject though because as far as the banned party is concerned they "only did  . . " or "only said . . " and they rarely tell the whole story, often a mod will post and explain that there's a bit more to the tale than that before locking a thread. 

    I would like to think that before handing out a permanent account ban that a human being would at least have a look at the situation and decide if it was a case of six of one, half a dozen of the other before deciding if its a final warning or a ban that is appropriate and they probably do.  Again though, does depend on what you said but I am not asking you to elaborate or suggest what it was because that would just get your thread locked.

    @Piabetic Its really nothing extremly toxic mate, I was really shocked that i got perma bann for that it was in total 2 insults the same insults just that i added to the insult ''you'' bcs he keept spammed the beacon or the enemy i really cant remember what it was.

    Idk if i can send private messages here i can write you in pn if you want to know the reason ngl you gonna have a little gasp imagining that this is the reason for the perma bann

    @iiPwnd_u It doesn’t matter how long you’re a customer. If you say it that way, if someone is a racist ingrate who blatantly assaults someone verbally in the game but played EA games for years and played this game since beginning and put money into it, he should get a second chance?

    People aren’t getting their money back since they bought the game and played it (probably for a long time). Why should you get your money back for that if the game is still playable?

    @Koochi-Q Well if i did racist insults or i seriously harassed someone, assaulted i wouldnt have made this Thread obviously its a same rage curse you do say litereally everytime when something goes wrong my bad was to write it down.

    Im not wanting my money back, just a secound chance thats all

    That was just an example because you said that diabetic doesnt matter, you wouldnt say it that way if you had it and expierenced rage.

    @iiPwnd_u I’m not accusing you of saying something along those lines. I’m using your words to paint an example of the statement made regarding being a set time customer basically exonerating one’s responsibility for actions or statements they made.

    Like someone before me has mentioned, this is your second infraction so this was your second chance already even tho a perm ban is excessive.

    Maybe I wouldn’t and maybe I would, but it still doesn’t change the fact that being one should be a consideration of letting statements fly.

    @Koochi-Q Thanks, i appreciate the fact that you think its excessive.

    As i wrote with someone in the Forum he also dont have understandings for this leading to a perma bann, if you want i can show you the screen that got me Banned officialy sent by Origin to my email.

    Its really just shocking that this can bann you where insults got normal in these modern times insults are getting used around everywhere at jokes, and and.. My bad was to write it down shouldn't have done that i had a bad day.

    @iiPwnd_u Ohh, I find perm bans for such things preposterous in general. I was just starting a convo about some of the additional info you gave which I felt were not contributing to your case.

    I’ve seen bans for less so a screen isn’t necessary. Some got perm banned on first infraction while others got multiple warnings. It’s not very straightforward in the slightest when you get perm banned from my account of all the threads I’ve seen here.

    There’s only 1 constant tho. As soon ad you get perm banned + exhausted your 3 tries of communicating with TOS, you’re basically done. For the dozens, and I mean DOZENS of threads regarding this I’ve seen, I’ve yet to see 1 get their perm ban turned over. The only case(s) that I know is when it’s a content creator with a following where him/her and his/her following is pleading or demanding the acc to work again.

    Some do have luck getting a long time ban overturned, but that’s a different matter unfortunately

    @Koochi-Q Yea i dont expect to much from my case, im just wondering how this can lead to a perma bann while i heard experiences in reddit getting multiple banns till the perma bann.

    I will be playing apex tho, just not as active its not as funn when you miss all the skins and just ur account you got used to.

    Tbh so far i have never expierenced such a hard punishment system as from ea

    Most casual game pools are toxic AF anyway, if you lack any self control and have anger issues then the last place you should put yourself is in an fps game.

    Honestly, are you really going to blame diabetes for your anger issues, sorry but thats pathetic. I had major surgery on my spine 18 months ago, 4 vertebrae fused and two discs replaced, i can only game for hour sessions now as i cant sit for any longer but i dont take my personal pain out as frustration on other people.

    I personally think verbal abuse should be "3 strikes and your out" policy but ultimately you only have yourself to blame

    @iiPwnd_u By second chance, I only meant that you stated in your first post, that this is actually your second time being banned from Apex. If you had already received a 1 week ban, then your second chance would have been the ability to play again after that initial 1 week ban. Not saying I agree with a permaban, just that they have already given you a second chance, but you wound up getting banned again. Of course, I don't know all the specifics and whatnot, I was just offering my 2 cents, in regards to your comment about asking for a second chance.

    I definitely feel bad for you, for losing all your skins and stats and whatnot, but hopefully you have better luck on another account! Just try to keep it in your head, that toxic/rude teammates are not worth your time. They don't put food on your table, so don't give them the time of day. Just keep them muted, and move on to the next match. I have faith in you!

    @dSKyNafinchin Yeah i can just 100% agree with you, skins do be missing but its much more the account by it self tbh.. Skins are always purchasable even if they are very expensiv and not always offering great deals for some iron sight guns.

    I just created another account its not really as funn once you get used to iron sight skins and some wingman skins also making it easier to hit ur shots. I guess imma just wait till some deals, but till then imma be prolly rusty only thing really stopping me enjoying the game rn is because there aint really many deals you can buy for ur Legend and Iron Sight guns to enjoy the game again.

    as you mentioned the toxicity in fps games thats totally true how many times someone shouted in the mic for litereally no reason but i didnt feel like reporting it just isnt a thing to do and i get the rage someone is in with added stress of his day its just what a game is about no1 is playing without raging a bit here and there, thats actually why im feeling like perma bann is way to hard on the secound lifetime bann.

    @dougieee wdm peopel suffering from diabetic to tend to rage out easier thats a fact, its pathetic for yourself if you have that mindset thinking peopel are lying on sicknesses.

    i can recommend you an ergonmic chair from secret lab for ur back pains they are expensiv but worth the money especially in ur situation.
