Re: Can't find PS5 Version with Taiwan ( Hong Kong ) PSN store

Hey @orz09190 if you have the PS4 version on your account can you go to your game library, select the game and then "select version" to see if you can install the PS5 version that way.

Hi @EA_Darko , You can see the shop not having PS5 Version(TW.PNG<Taiwan shop>), so select version not have PS5. However, in the JP.PNG(Japan shop) can the PS5 Version, and USA shop have too

Here it is. As you can see that there isn't a ps5 version apex in sony psn store(hongkong), but the SG has one.And I have asked the psn
HK, they said this is because that you didn't put that game up. By the way, the method you said is not worked, i could only add it to wishlist.
PLZ fix it ASAP!!!!

@Foreverfeat To be honest, these support guys don't have any ability to resolve issues, the only thing they can do is copy-paste, they don't understand or even try to understand the questions at all.

@EA_Darko Any update on this?? I got the same problem in Hong Kong PS Store! Just PS4 version available in the store......
