@Broppled_TV another issue I ran into was youngtree was filling his dell sd up. He only has a small sd drive for system stuff and a 1T HD for data. If you are running everything on 1 HD, then fragmentation can also be a problem.
Is your drive over 75% full? If so these are things I do:
I moved the system page filing from the sd to a the HD.
Nvidia cashe dumps can be enormous, esp the DX cashe. I just delete all but the most recent every now and then.
Users/name/appdata/local/nvidia
Ccleaner for cleaning up the drive (free)
https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner
Windows disk cleanup to get rid of old Windows update files.
To defragment (only for HD not for sd drives) defraggler
I defrag files only monthly then complete defrag of drive every 4 months or so. (free)

Also system/storage show more categories, can show you where things are clogging the drive. Esp apps and features. A real culprit here for us was the clip champ app.
@EA_Mako @OldTreeCreeper Okay, so I have ran SFC scans on the PC, I have ran Disk check in the CMD prompt, I have uninstalled and reinstalled drivers for every piece of hardware in my system. I did not DDU my GPU driver however. out of all the solutions found that's the only one I didn't attempt. and here is why, I can play warzone for 12+ hours straight max settings, ray tracing on. and no crashing no hiccups. but apex, lowest settings. game crashes instantly. I dont see the GPU driver being the problem. but I will make the DDU install today just to verify its not the issue. as opposed to the DxDiag report showing windows errors, im pretty tech savvy but when reading documents like dmp files or anything along those lines. it all looks like gibberish, so im glad someone knows how to read them. I was under the assumption that my CPU was not stable at my clock. so I went back and made sure it was stable. ran a Aida64 Stress test on all hardware for 30 mins. everything was perfect no crashes. I then stop the stress test, and only test CPU. 1 and a half hour test. never dropped below stable clock I had set. gives me solid indication that CPU should not be the problem. I have 4 SSD's I do not have any mechanical HDD's installed in the system, so no need for defragmentation. I have a page file dedicated to about 5% of my C: drive as far as I know I believe that's how that works, could be incorrect about that though. with the 4 SSD's here are the sizes and consumption on the drives.
C: 188GB FREE / 463GB
D: 120GB FREE / 399GB
E: This is my drive for my elgato recordings, nothing else is stored on this drive but raw footage. 19GB free / 237GB
F: 13.1 GB FREE / 111GB
I am at a loss for options. i followed a thread that had 15 possible solutions, im gonna attempt to locate that thread for reference on every possible fix that I have tried.
it does not come from the EA Answer's forum. however these are the most possible solutions that I have found in a single list.

I promise im not sending you to a virus.
im at a loss for words and I have spent $300 on my skins and heirloom and the game has been unplayable for 26 consecutive days as of today.
@OldTreeCreeper opposed to the Nvidia Cache, I have located that folder. am I safe to delete the DXCache Folder, the GLCache Folder and the NvBackend Folder?
i have 4 things within users/appdata/local/nvidia
DXcache
glCache
NvBackend
accounts
im really doing the best i can to make sure i provide you guys with as much detail as possible. i know what im doing on the PC so if we have any exotic fixes to try, im comfortable doing them as long as we make restore points prior to changes. Thank you so much for the assistance you guys are providing me with @OldTreeCreeper @EA_Mako

I delete all but the most recent cashe files. DX cashe is the one to check. I don't delete the folders, just the content

Sorry I presumed the d drive was a HD.
@Broppled_TV you mentioned elegato, that can save massive file sizes by default. Might need to look at the settings in that, and any other capture/video programs to make sure of the file size and save location.

Hey @Broppled_TV,
Just adding a bit more to the pile of things to check here. 🙂
It was brought to my attention that a great deal of the crashes showing up in your DxDiag files are related to your USB 3 driver.
Just to test, can you try removing any peripherals you may have plugged in and restart your system with just the mouse/keyboard plugged in?
You can test a match at that point to see if it continues crashing, and if so you may need to check for driver updates for your USB devices as well.
@EA_Mako this is an extremally interesting point. I say in another thread that someone had a corrupted keyboard driver that they said was causing their apex legends to crash. is there any way we can depict what device it is? without have to plug them in 1 by 1? I have 2 keyboards, 1 wired mouse (glorious model O-, 1 wireless mouse Logitech G305, a Tonor Q9 desktop condenser Mic, and a Nacon Revolution Unlimited Controller.
I have all my drives setup thew way I want them. C: is meant for essential programs and regular storage for basic needs. D: is used for all games/platforms E: is specifically games. i have like 4 games on that drive and that's it. Apex not included, apex is installed on the C: drive. and F: which is used for raw footage for recording. I am aware that elgato has massive file sizes, my 1080p 60fps recordings take about 27GB an hour for size comparison so the drive is well sufficient enough to hold my raw footage with fast read and write speeds.

A bit of trial and error would be necessary in this case I'm afraid.
I would definitely suggest starting with whichever keyboard and mouse you use the most, with all other devices removed (unplugged) temporarily.
In this case having a backup of each comes in handy, so if you see crashes continue with the initial setup you can try restarting and swapping in the next pair to determine whether that continues. with you saying that the USB driver was causing crashes, i went down into my device manager and in the USB controllers.. I have a unknown USB device(device descriptor request failed) i have been searching online for the last 2 hours on what this is and why its happening. I have tried quite literally every fix for that and I have not resolved the issue. however since you said my crashes were linked to a USB 3.0 driver. I figured this is what is probably causing the issues in the first place. the only problem I am encountering would be..... I've unplugged all USB devices from computer. And I mean all... the only thing connected to the board is the network antenna, which I dont use because I have ethernet anyways. my question now, how do I fix this? there isn't a single USB device in the computer, and it still says unknown USB device(device descriptor request failed) in the drop down. i dont mind not having all those USB's not plugged in. all i need is the 1 keyboard 1 wired mouse 1 headset 3.5 aux jack and the controller. my question to you, if it does not cause conflict with my 4 devices specified just now. can i just disable the device entirely? i honestly have no idea what its attached to. like I said I remove all USB devices and its still there.
The 2 USB composite devices are my keyboard and mouse.

@EA_Mako I forgot to tag you in last post. idk if you have Sub to replies on.
uninstalling the device and restarting to computer doesn't fix it. on restart I open device manager and its back saying unknown USB device(device descriptor request error). however disabling it could be a solution?
@Broppled_TV it may well be that a USB connection itself is broken. And Windows reenables it on startup to then become an error.
I would try your own suggestion first, disable the unknown USB, and restart.
If a USB connection is physically damaged or broken, you could plug in and out a mouse or USB device, to see which one it is, if any.
Googling lead me here, might be worth looking at

@Broppled_TV how old is your pc, did you buy it new?
After unplugging, have you checked the internal connections are right and tight?
Just want to add on that I have had the exact same problem for 3 seasons now, so I'm watching this thread very closely.
Sometimes, around the first split, it will stop crashing or maybe crash once a night.
MAN, let me tell you I have been going through it. after @EA_Mako told me I had a USB 3.0 Driver causing quite a few crashes I believe. (received through DxDiag) I have Verified EVERY ONE of those USB ports they all work. I am still very active on this thread, I many be on the right path to fixing my problem. I have a call with tier 3 tech support tomorrow hopefully we can get my issue resolved so I can get back to apex troubleshooting. I am not sure that my problem resides with anything but my current problem. (Oh, that makes sense in my head but not so much out loud)

2 years old i would say, i bought the pc from someone on FB marketplace. he had boxes, warranty's and a nice Rig. I was sold on the deal at the time and purchased it. (its a sick build) everything on it seems to be functioning properly
@Broppled_TV there are so many variables involved it is very difficult to get to the numb of the problem here. Pl let us know how you get on with the teck support.
@Broppled_TV it may have been overcl8cked at some point or have heat issues around the cpu paste, or there may be a bottleneck in the wiring on the ssd.
I would be pretty shocked if these crashes are temperature spike related, in my case why would the game gain increased stability later in the season after a patch or two? Would be nice if we could at least get some developer acknowledgment on this issue.
I have taken care of my system, I typically dont run very hot. CPU rarely ever touches 80. my GPU has touched 80 a couple times. I dont like gaming in a sauna, so I make it work. everything is stable and the pastes are nicely applied. as for my RAD for my CPU cooler, I probably need to change its coolant. but temps dont seem to be a problem giving me no indication I have to change it. I have the CPU overclocked yes. its a base 3.6GHz CPU, I have it @ 4.9 GHz on all cores, STABLE. bottleneck in SSD wiring doesn't seem to be the issue, however I wouldn't really know. I get my read and write speeds that are offered on all my SSD's
@Broppled_TV did you get the teck call yet?
Yeah under full load, stably overclocked to 5.0, I never get above 65°C. GPU is running stock. And SSD "wiring bottleneck" just doesn't make sense on any level - maybe he means running a SATA4 SSD in a SATA2 port or something - I don't know, like I said, that makes zero sense.
This, to me, feels like a hardware compatibility issue. Like the game tries to load an asset or perform a function and if you have a particular combination of components and drivers it causes a windows panic somewhere.
