Hey @Mockingstock,

Please be sure you've opened an appeal with our Terms of Service team directly and not just a normal case.

That can be done with these steps

If the first case has already been reviewed by our ToS team but they'd declined to remove the penalty, you're absolutely welcome to submit a new appeal with the above steps and a different member of the team will take another look over the account and situation for you.

This is not something we're able to review on the forums but do feel free to reach back out with the above link if you've not received an email or would like to have that looked into again.
