Re: Do Something about Strike Packs Please!

Are you refering to strikepack mods or strikepacks in general. Because there are plenty of strikepacks that only have paddles and no mod support, most have a competitiion mode aswell that can be enabled where cheats cant be loaded into the pack.

This was brought up in a different thread too and thing is understanding what a strikepack is helps a bit. You are probably refering to the same mod packs as they have similar software hacks on PC, some strikepacks are the enabler to load these mods into the controller yes but dont blame the strikepack in its own right. It would be the same as calling do something about MnK because they got aimbot, norecoil and so on.

In general with strikepacks not many use mods, its something you have thoose to enable, set up and configure, even pay extra money as a subscription to get, this is the stuff that give you auto jitteraim and so on with, not the strikepack itself which only give you paddles and reconfigurable keys. For instance sonys official ps4 strikepack does not support mods at all, only have two reconfigurable backbuttons.

I would say yes some use these mods across every platform, but most dont. Some people are just that good and rightfully so, most aimbot report I see on youtube is false claim even. Remember inspect can lie as it shows your render of the situation not his, and with antirecoil there is no deviation what so ever on recoil, everything goes to the same exact spot on the screen not a millimeter shake even. I hardly ever see any with cheats these days even if I suspect them every day hehe.

  • @Zkepz I agree that paddles are not cheating, and many strikepack owners are indeed only using them for the paddles.

But there are definitely enough people using the actual exploits to make it an issue in high ELO lobbies. I also literally know people using macros— it’s pretty gross.

These cheats typically don’t make weak players strong, but make already strong players even stronger. You still need to aim with anti-recoil and rapid fire macros, you just have one less factor to worry about. So the players with already good aim end up edging out players who have good aim but are also expending energy to mitigate recoil; the higher up in skill you go, small advantages matter more.

Yes I know, just wrong to call out strike packs in general I think, its kinda the entry point for backpaddles without forking out $300 for a pro controller, even some of the pro controllers support mods.

But yes please keelhall modusers and macrousers... And sue the makers.
