Hey @Bostonking42,

Was it an Origin giftcard? Because if so, then it can only be used to make purchases for EA games on PC. We have an article with a bit more information here:

"You can use the EA Wallet to buy games, in-game items, EA Play memberships, Pogo Products (US residents only), and any real money items available in EA’s PC games."

I had the same issue but I play on PS4 and I was able to move the gift card balance to my EA wallet. I downloaded the EA app on a Mac (computer) but when I go to shop the EA catalog, all it does is let me buy the game and tell me about Apex, but I want to buy in-game items (Apex Coins). My question is how and where do I buy in-game items with the EA wallet balance because I keep getting told that you can, I just don't know how and the internet surprisingly hasn't helped.
