Re: EA support keep marking my case as fixed

Hey @daddydomwlxxx,

These cases would be marked "Fixed" if our advisors have provided the correct information on multiple occasions and there's no alternative option to offer you.

You should be able to review your case replies on this page as well as via email, however once you've had multiple appeals declined by our Terms of Service team, this is no longer something that will be reviewed.

Ultimately there are only so many times they can review the same information while hoping to see a different outcome, so at this point that decision would be final and not something that will change, sorry.

  • @EA_MakoBut how can they investigate it a few second later after my first dispute? is there any fixed to it since my first dispute its automatically marked as fixed without investigating it they didnt even give me a chance to explain my situation

    Hey @daddydomwlxxx if you open multiple cases for the same thing then they will be closed. 

    I took a look at your account and can see that you have opened dozens of cases related to your ban, if our team has repeatedly denied your appeals then there is nothing that can be done to change this.
